Club Development

Within his role, he will be concentrating on the development of local clubs to help to increase their capacity and become strong, sustainable and forward thinking.

Work is being done to support Kinross Men’s HC to undertake the SHU Club Development Programme. This ranges from establishing links to Active School Co-ordinators, promoting the clubs youth training, attracting new coaches and supporting the club coach to develop a quality coaching programme.

Work is also currently being done with Harris HC through the ClubDundee programme assisting them in the development of policies and procedures, to start their club development plan, update their website, develop a new youth committee and increase their awareness of funding avenues that will assist the club in future projects.
